Amy Hebert
BOARD MEMBER AT VORDINGBORG, CEO OF ARCADIA EFUELS
Amy brings more than 25 years of global industry experience, including 15 years in executive leadership across refining, chemicals, and polymers. She has led business strategy, financial management, joint ventures, and plant construction and expansion from concept through startup. Most recently Deputy CEO and Chief Commercial Officer at Haldor Topsoe, she previously held leadership roles at Celanese and Albemarle. Amy holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and serves on the supervisory board, nomination, and audit committee of IMCD.
Bolette Christensen
BOARD MEMBER AT VORDINGBORG
Bolette brings extensive chairman and board experience with a focus on management development, organizational change, and political advocacy. She spent 17 years at Dansk Industri, Denmark's largest business interest organization, including 10 in executive leadership, and has served on numerous private, public, and NGO boards since 2002. As CEO of BØRNEfonden, she led an 800-person team and global development partnerships, diversifying the organization's offerings, digitizing operations, and building strategic partnerships to support community development across West Africa and other partner countries.
Thomas Engelmann
BOARD MEMBER AT VORDINGBORG, HEAD OF ENERGY TRANSITION AT KGAL
Thomas is Head of Energy Transition at KGAL Investment Management, where he leads equity investments in green hydrogen and other energy transition assets. He previously held senior investment roles at Allianz Global Investors and KGAL, alongside leadership positions at Siemens AG and Siemens Financial Services. Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
Fei Chen
BOARD MEMBER AT VORDINGBORG
Fei brings more than 25 years of experience across water treatment, chemicals, and clean energy technologies. Since September 2022, she has served as President & CEO and board member of LiqTech International, which develops ceramic membrane systems for industrial water treatment. She holds a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Denmark and has served on the boards of companies including Enaqua, Liquid Wind, Jiangsu JiTRI-Topsoe Clean Energy R&D, and Brunata International.
Jan Melgaard
BOARD MEMBER AT VORDINGBORG
Jan is Executive Chairman of FPG Amentum and has more than 30 years of experience in aircraft financing, leasing, and investment. He is also founding chair of the Sustainability Committee at Aircraft Leasing Ireland and chairs the advisory board of IMPACT, an NGO focused on aviation lenders. His previous leadership roles include CEO of Volito Aviation and Nordic Aviation Capital, as well as senior positions at PK Airfinance and Sigma Aircraft Management. Jan holds an MBA from Columbia University and focuses on aviation's transition to net zero.
