Amy Hebert
Amy Hebert brings more than 25 years of global industry experience and 12 years of executive leadership positions in the refining, chemical and polymer markets. She has experience in all aspects of business management including developing and executing long term business strategy while managing overall financial wellbeing; experience with JV’s, new plant construction, and plant expansions from idea, through design and startup. Most recently she held the position as Deputy CEO/Chief Commercial Officer for Haldor Topsoe, and previously Vice President Europe with Celanese and Global Vice President Catalysts with Albemarle.
She holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, is a member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of IMCD N.V., and is on the board of Fulbright Denmark.
Jakob Thomasen
Jakob Thomasen has more than 25 years experience in the energy business focused in Europe, Middle East, Africa, the US and Latin America. Among others, Jakob served as CEO of Maersk Oil, a top 30 E&P company from 2009 to 2016. Jakob has since then taken on a number of NED roles in listed and private European companies that are leading the energy transition, including Lundin Energy, Esvagt, DHI Group and RelyOn Nutec.
Jakob holds an M.Sc. in geology from University of Copenhagen which he has expanded with executive leadership development from Harvard, Stanford, IMD and Insead.
Bolette Christensen
Bolette has chairman and board member experience with a focus on management development, business and organizational changes, and political advocacy. She has 17 years of experience from Denmark's largest interest protection organization Dansk Industri (DI), with 10 years executive board experience. With insight and experience into most industires, Bolette holds extensive knowledge in relation to in working with representation of the interests of municipal, regional, national and international matters. Since 2002, Bolette has sat on a large number of different boards (both private and public as well as NGOs).
As CEO of BØRNEfonden, her responsibilities included managing a team of 800 employees and the international cooperation of development partners globally. Her focus was to expand the business from one product to several products, to digitize work processes, to establish a management and performance culture as well as to establish strategic partnerships with companies with the aim of developing the communities BØRNEfonden was responsible for developing in West Africa and the other strategic cooperation countries globally.

An in-depth strategic and tactical business profile. Driven by making business impact through engagement and new ways of executing. A commercial mindset and the ability to see the big picture and connect the dots leads me to quickly identify opportunities and execute with – and through – my team.
More than 30 years from a large and global company enables me to deliver across the full value chain. Martin leads with a focus on solving the whole of a projects challenge. His leadership style is based on trust and a lot of direct communication.
