Amy Hebert
Amy Hebert brings more than 25 years of global industry experience and 12 years of executive leadership positions in the refining, chemical and polymer markets. She has experience in all aspects of business management including developing and executing long term business strategy while managing overall financial wellbeing; experience with JV’s, new plant construction, and plant expansions from idea, through design and startup. Most recently she held the position as Deputy CEO/Chief Commercial Officer for Haldor Topsoe, and previously Vice President Europe with Celanese and Global Vice President Catalysts with Albemarle.
She holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Amy is also a supervisory board member, nomination and audit committee member of IMCD.
Bolette Christensen
Bolette has chairman and board member experience with a focus on management development, business and organizational changes, and political advocacy. She has 17 years of experience from Denmark's largest interest protection organization Dansk Industri (DI), with 10 years executive board experience. With insight and experience into most industires, Bolette holds extensive knowledge in relation to in working with representation of the interests of municipal, regional, national and international matters. Since 2002, Bolette has sat on a large number of different boards (both private and public as well as NGOs).
As CEO of BØRNEfonden, her responsibilities included managing a team of 800 employees and the international cooperation of development partners globally. Her focus was to expand the business from one product to several products, to digitize work processes, to establish a management and performance culture as well as to establish strategic partnerships with companies with the aim of developing the communities BØRNEfonden was responsible for developing in West Africa and the other strategic cooperation countries globally.
Thomas Engelmann
Thomas Engelmann is the Head of Energy Transition of KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG. He is responsible for the development of the Energy Transition asset class within KGAL, investing in energy transition related Equity investments such as green hydrogen and related derivatives. Prior to this role, Thomas was Head of Transaction and Investment Management at Allianz Global Investors GmbH. Before that, he had been with KGAL as a Senior Director in the Renewable & Infrastructure Department.
Thomas Engelmann got his deep industry experience additionally from various senior management positions at Siemens AG and Siemens Financial Services. He holds a Master in Business Administration and was part of the Siemens Graduate program. Additionally, he is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) as well as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Fei Chen
Fei Chen is a Danish national with Chinese background having lived and worked for 30 years in Denmark. She is a senior executive management professional with more than 25 years of experience and a proven track record of success across a range of leading global industrial companies, primarily operating within water treatment, chemicals, and clean energy technologies. Since September 2022, Fei has been President & CEO and the board member of LiqTech International, a NASDAQ listed company that manufactures ceramic membranes and systems that that are used in different industrial applications. For example, to remove suspended solids, oil and grease, pathogens and heavy metals from water.
Fei holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from The Technical University of Denmark. She has been on the boards of Enaqua in the US, Liquid Wind AB in Sweden, Jiangsu JiTRI-Topsoe Clean Energy Research and Development Co. Ltd. in China, and Brunata International A/S in Denmark.
Jan Melgaard
Jan Melgaard is Executive Chairman of FPG Amentum, a leading aircraft asset manager, in Dublin. Furthermore, Jan is founding chair of the Sustainability Committee of Aircraft Leasing Ireland (ALI). ALI is the leading trading organization for aircraft owners/lessors on a global scale. Jan is also chair of the advisory board of IMPACT, an NGO focusing on aviation lenders.
Jan’s working career has been in the area of aircraft financing/leasing/investing. During the years Jan has been CEO of two aircraft lessors (Volito Aviation, Malmö and Nordic Aviation Capital, Billund), headed an aircraft financing office (PK Airfinance, New York) and co-founded an aircraft asset management company (Sigma Aircraft Management, New York). Jan holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia University, New York. During recent years Jan has worked actively on the transitioning aviation to net zero by 2050, with the focus on being on the owners/lessors/financing dimension of aviation.
