Amy Hebert
Amy Hebert brings more than 25 years of global industry experience and 12 years of executive leadership positions in the refining, chemical and polymer markets. She has experience in all aspects of business management including developing and executing long term business strategy while managing overall financial wellbeing; experience with JV’s, new plant construction, and plant expansions from idea, through design and startup. Most recently she held the position as Deputy CEO/Chief Commercial Officer for Haldor Topsoe, and previously Vice President Europe with Celanese and Global Vice President Catalysts with Albemarle.
She holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Amy is also a supervisory board member, nomination and audit committee member of IMCD.
Armon Bar-Tur
Armon is based in Switzerland and is a Founder and Executive Chairman of BaseCamp Real Estate Partners Ltd. He has been involved in the acquisition and development of institutional quality real estate since 2006, including light industrial park strategies through Chancery Gate Asset Management and the conversion of a major New York hotel to coop apartments. As Founder and CEO of BaseCamp, he has overseen the construction of a student housing development portfolio of approximately €2bn of GDV.
Armon was responsible for identifying the deep undersupply of student accommodation in Poland, Germany and the Nordics and developing BaseCamp’s business model. He identified that the opportunity would be best served by a vertically integrated developer, owner and operator of modern, design led, community focused student accommodation which today operates PBSA under the BaseCamp brand, managed by in house teams.
William Allen
Billy is the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer for Jacobs Engineering. He has over 30 years of broad financial experience on an international level, including corporate and regional financial functions, including mergers and acquisitions, SEC, USGAAP and international statutory reporting, internal controls/SOX compliance, and FP&A and business financial leadership roles.
Billy was previously Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer of LyondellBasell Industries and was responsible for the organization’s global accounting and reporting functions. Prior to that he was VP, Corporate Controller and CAO with Albemarle Corporation where he served for almost 19 years in a variety of finance positions including Finance Director of the Company’s European operations based in Brussels, Belgium and Business CFO for the Company’s Catalysts and Fine Chemistry Solutions segments.
Charles Vallée
Charles Vallée has 10 years+ experience in business development and financing of renewables energy infrastructures internationally. Former business developer and Head of India for at EDF Renewables, one of the world’s largest IPP, Charles managed the company’s JVs in wind and solar in India as well as contributed to the acquisition of a large wind developer in China. When joining Total Eren in 2018, he was responsible for developing the company’s business in Eastern Europe and notably in Ukraine, where the company invested in and built the largest wind project at that time.
In Swen Capital Partners where he works as Principal since 2022, he is in charge of investing in the different activities of the funds Swift : biomethane, green hydrogen and efuels. Charles holds a MBA degree in Essec Business School

Jeroen Moors
Jeroen Moors brings over 30 years of broad and in-depth experience and expertise in Gas-To-Liquid technology ranging from R&D, Technology, Operations, Projects to Commercial & Marketing. During his time at Royal Dutch Shell, he worked in the Netherlands, Malaysia, the UK and 15 years in Qatar, where his last role was Product Portfolio Manager in marketing at Pearl GTL. Since 2018, Mr Moors is an independent Senior Strategy Consultant GTL. Over his career Mr Moors has developed from a technical expert into an experienced commercial manager overlooking the whole value chain of GTL.
Mr Moors holds a MSc in Chemistry from the University of Utrecht in The Netherlands and a MSc in Chemical Engineering for the University of Twente in The Netherlands.
Wendy Bosman
Wendy Bosmans has been with British Petroleum for 23 years, most recently as Vice President, Oman in BPs Production and Operations business. In this role, she leads and integrates BP’s operations, maintenance, projects, and engineering departments who are instrumental to the delivery of safe, reliable, efficient and compliant natural gas and condensate production, making up 30% of Oman’s energy supply. Throughout her career, Wendy has held a variety of leadership roles in BP’s upstream operations including area operations manager in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska; discipline capability manager in Tangguh, Indonesia, where she won BP’s helios award for gender diversity in 2019; operations site manager over Forties Pipeline in the North Sea; as well as other operations leadership roles at BP.
Ms. Bosmans holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
Lars Thorstholm
Lars has over 35 years of refinery experience. He stared his career with Exxon at Kalundborg. He had a multiple responsibilities ranging from planning and logistics, business development, CFO, and general manager at Statoil/Equinor. Most recently he was a senior advisor to a large power to x project and has held advisory board roles at Gate House. He currently serves as executive advisor for Stiesdal Fuel Technologies and Quantafuel.
Mr Thorstholm holds a M.Sc degree in Chemical Engineering from Technical University of Denmark.

Louisa Colombo
Louisa Colombo brings more than 30 years of interdisciplinary international experience that strengthens her legal skills. Her main legal focus is on international investment law in the energy sector. In 2020 she authored a reform proposal of the Energy Charter Treaty and assisted the current reform group in Brussels. Other legal areas of focus include International energy law and sustainability, EU-law, competition law, international contracts, climate (Paris Agreement), human rights, CSR, international taxation and arbitration. She is currently with a Danish law firm handling both national and international legal areas.
Ms. Colombo studied law in the U.S., and subsequently graduated with a Master of Law at the University of Copenhagen, and is experienced in both common law and civil law.
Cathryn Estes
Cathryn brings over 20 years of commercial experience with increasing responsibility in specialty chemicals over a broad range of markets. Her expertise includes developing new markets, strategic business plans, product management, and distribution. During her time at Albemarle, she developed custom manufacturing business via technical sales, established global supply chain planning for the refinery catalyst business, and improved profitability of the polyolefin catalyst business as a product manager.
During her 10-year tenure at Univar Solutions, she secured valuable supply relationships with multinational companies, developed both product and market-oriented strategies, and led the product management team for strategic categories. Most recently, Cathryn held the position of Sr Director, Global Distribution where she was responsible for creating a cross-market global distribution strategy for SI Group.
